Punzalan Law, P.C. is pleased to announce that Mark Punzalan, the firm’s Principal Attorney, has been selected as a “Rising Star” in the 2015 Northern California Rising Stars edition of Super Lawyers Magazine. Super Lawyers honors outstanding lawyers who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. Each year, no more than 2.5% of the lawyers in California are selected by Super Lawyers to receive the “Rising Stars” honor.
Mark advises clients primarily in the areas of Trademark, Trade Secrets, Copyright, and Commercial Disputes. Punzalan Law’s attorneys also handle matters in the areas of Securities Litigation, Whistleblower, and Data Privacy Counseling.
Mark currently serves in leadership capacities for a number of bar associations. He also serves as the Chair of the Legal Advisory Group for the Renaissance Entrepreneurship Center, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that promotes entrepreneurship among women, people of color, low-income individuals, persons with disabilities, and others who traditionally lack access to entrepreneurship and business resources.
